When I first purchased the player, I decided to check it out with Pixar's Ratatouille movie. The overall quality of the picture really impressed me and it was really clear with vibrant colors. There was no pixilation that I could notice when holding the player at arm’s length. I followed this up by watching The Dark Knight, and again I must say that I was really pleased with the quality. The darker scenes did lose a little bit, but I suppose that was to be expected on a smaller screen. Although a couple of people commented in previous reviews that because the screen was bigger but with the same resolution as the previous model the picture quality had reduced, I never saw this as an issue and actually appreciated having a larger screen. I can comfortably hang it between the two front seats for those at the back to watch with no problems.

When I first received the player I didn’t really see any point to the soft touch keys, but now I have realized their worth as my three-year-old doesn’t bother with them as she might with traditional buttons. I found the keys to be very responsive and think that the remote control is a fantastic addition to the set.
All I can say to conclude is that I thoroughly recommend this product to everyone, as long as they really it is a nine inch screen DVD player they are getting and not a fifty inch flat screen TV! Keep your expectations to logical levels and you won’t be disappointed."
